The duration and number of mediation sessions will vary depending on the number of parties involved and the number and complexity of issues. Many disputes are settled in a few hours. Large, complex disputes may require more time and/or multiple mediation sessions. A half-day mediation session will usually cost about $500 (split equally among the parties) depending on the meeting accommodations provided. Additionally, travel, subsistence and other reimbursable costs will vary depending on the situation. |
